Job Description
Aircraft Maintenance Specialist - EASA B1/B2 Technician is a critical role within our organization, requiring exceptional technical expertise and attention to detail. As an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing complex diagnostic and mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, ensuring they are airworthy and reliable for customers.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Textron Aviation as a skilled EASA B1/B2 technician. Your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on Cessna, Hawker, and Beechcraft aircraft. You will work collaboratively with our team of experienced technicians to ensure that all aircraft meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnose malfunctions in aircraft systems
- Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments to aircraft components and assemblies
- Collaborate with other technicians to achieve common goals and maintain a safe working environment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements
- Maintain accurate records and reports of work performed and results achieved

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role as an EASA B1/C or B2 certified technician
- Strong understanding of aircraft mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work varying shifts
