About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer II to join our Amazon Business team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Architect, standardize, and execute manual and automated testing methodologies across multiple products/projects.
  • Create detailed test plans and test cases, and establish quality KPIs to drive team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality assurance needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in quality assurance engineering, automation testing, and manual testing.
  • Experience as a QA lead on medium to large-sized projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English in a business setting.
  • Experience with automated test frameworks like Selenium or Appium.
  • Ability to gather test requirements and create detailed test plans.
