Electrical Supervisor Job Description

The Electrical Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of wind turbines. This position requires a strong technical background in electrical engineering, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Manager in the planning and coordination of electrical installation activities.
  • Lead meetings with subcontractors to discuss project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Update work progress tracking to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Report any changes to the daily planning schedule.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to avoid interference or overlap.
  • Conduct visual inspections of tools and tooling to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Ensure that electrical assembly tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Execute proposed changes from the change management process.
  • Evaluate the economic impact of deviations from the project plan.
Requirements:
  • University degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving license.
