You have experience in the e-commerce industry, with a strong analytical and logical mindset to design simple solutions to complex problems. Job Requirements:
We seek an experienced E-commerce Manager with a solid background in various areas of e-commerce, including at least 2 years of experience in this role. The ideal candidate is skilled in solving business problems and quickly adapting to new tools or skills. Your ability to design simple, elegant, and scalable solutions is crucial. You must be able to deliver projects on time, meeting expected GMV results and staying within budget. Building trust with clients is essential, as you will serve as a trusted advisor, reducing escalation processes. You will also be responsible for improving the Net Promoter Score of VTEX clients across the US. Prioritizing customer responses and guiding business planning and digital strategy workshops are also key responsibilities. A strong interest in a multicultural environment and ability to communicate effectively are essential. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and manage your time efficiently. Entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of responsibility are also required.
What We Expect from You:
As a key member of our team, you will guide clients by combining technical and business knowledge to ensure project success. You will promote engagement with VTEX products and services, staying up-to-date on our business cases and platform evolution. Your role will involve creating default documentation for clients, designing well-structured, scalable, and sustainable architecture, and guaranteeing the velocity and sales performance of our clients' stores. You will also gather customer feedback to inform product evolution and maintain visibility across all stakeholders by keeping Salesforce updated. Finally, you will scale VTEX's knowledge exchange by documenting sales strategies, negotiation, proposal, and presentation best practices, as well as authority building.
