Lead Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Babel Profiles S.L. in Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction of our European business, overseeing brand and campaign strategy, concept development, copywriting, art direction, and much more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with our founders and leadership team to craft impactful creative solutions, leveraging current cultural insights and a deep understanding of our brand and target audience.
  • Supervise the creation of high-quality visual content, including video and film production.
  • Lead and support your team to achieve their highest potential, fostering an environment of trust, openness, and respect.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, using logic, empathy, and factual evidence to build a compelling narrative.
  • Identify business challenges and propose solutions to the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience leading a major creative function for European and global projects, with a background in retail/hospitality.
  • Proven success in directing collaborative multi-functional teams.
  • Outstanding presentation and writing skills.
  • Experience in creating comprehensive 360 campaigns from brief to delivery and beyond.
  • Solid background in planning large-scale projects, including team requirements and time estimation.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in brand, campaign, social, and digital campaign development.
  • Strong understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and design skills.
  • Able to organize, remain productive, and make an immediate impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
