Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our support engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of specialists to provide comprehensive support across all areas of our business. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to our technical design through our open and collaborative Request For Comments (RFC) process.

About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Troubleshooting applications, services, and infrastructure issues reported by end-users of the systems developed by our engineering teams.
2. Verifying and documenting issues and bugs for accurate tracking and escalation.
3. Managing incidents, including communication with stakeholders and coordination with development teams.

What We Offer
In exchange for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, based on industry standards in Málaga, Spain.
