About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Project Manager to join our team at ICF. As a key member of our global communications team, you will play a critical role in executing large-scale campaigns for clients throughout the European Union.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with our political strategy team to provide support to EU Delegations.
  2. Offer feedback and guidance on proposals, concepts, materials, and other content as needed.
  3. Assist in managing external communication agencies contracted by EU Delegations.
  4. Review and analyze documents, proposals, plans, and actions, offering pertinent input.
  5. Contribute to the drafting and development of new decisions, annual work programs, and related documents.
  6. Support the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of meetings with EU Delegations, Directorates-General (DGs), and other partners.
  7. Provide feedback on content and creative assets developed by external agencies and internal teams when requested.
  8. Participate in working groups and progress meetings as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  2. Expertise in communication and information strategy.
  3. Experience in campaigning, content marketing, public relations, or marketing.
  4. Understanding of political strategy, international relations, and development cooperation within the EU context.
  5. Proficiency in project, service, and quality management.
  6. Preferred: Familiarity with management standards, methodologies, and reporting methods within the European Commission environment.
