About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for the company. You will actively seek out potential clients, build strong relationships, and contribute significantly to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to identify new business opportunities in key markets.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Client Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Contract Negotiation: Ensure contracts align with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation and sales performance.
  • Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and prioritized database of prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of contact centre operations and outsourcing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience in account management and client relationship management (CRM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations.
