About Us

PUMA is a global sports brand that is passionate about delivering high-quality products and experiences to our customers. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience in our stores.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  3. Store Presentation: Maintain the visual appeal of our stores, ensuring that they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  4. Transactions: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  1. Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  2. PUMA Brand Passion: A genuine passion for the PUMA brand and our products.
  3. Customer-Focused: A customer-focused and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills.
  4. Team Player: A strong team player who is able to work collaboratively with others to achieve sales goals.
  5. Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including MS Office.

What We Offer

  1. Vacation Time: 5.5 weeks of vacation time, plus 6 additional days for full-time employees.
