We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth of our Q-Commerce business, a key pillar of our company's strategy. As VP of Q-Commerce Expansion, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Q-Commerce growth across our markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive Q-Commerce growth, including identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of 450+ individuals, including senior management, to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Oversee multiple departments and areas of responsibility, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Hire top talent, help them perform, grow, and develop as professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CEOs/C-Level of top retailers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive business growth through data analysis, market research, and strategic decision-making.
