Your Mission

Welcome to an exciting opportunity with us at Sungrow - EMEA. As an HSE Administrative Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management of occupational risk prevention and overseeing documentation related to the coordination of business activities.
  • Ensuring that all documentation on the relevant platforms is current and accurate.
  • Facilitating the coordination of incidents related to business activities and managing access for various companies to our work sites.
  • Identifying training requirements within the organization and liaising with suppliers to obtain necessary training offers.
  • Coordinating medical examinations for employees.
  • Overseeing the inventory of health and safety materials in collaboration with warehouse personnel.
  • Scheduling inspections for personal protective equipment.
  • Creating and maintaining HSE records.
  • Managing invoices and monitoring payment processes.
Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Health & Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A self-driven, enthusiastic, and quick learner.
  • Strong customer service skills, along with problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
