Descripción del Puesto

Buscamos un Material Planner para unirse a nuestro equipo en Grupo Bimbo España. En esta posición, serás responsable de garantizar el suministro de materias primas y envolturas a nuestras plantas de manera eficiente y óptima.

Funciones del Puesto
  • Persona de contacto clave entre las plantas y los proveedores para todos los materiales directos.
  • Mantener las políticas de stocks establecidas para cada materia prima y envase.
  • Ejecutar las órdenes de entrega en Oracle y realizar el seguimiento de las confirmaciones para garantizar la recepción puntual de los ingredientes y envases en las plantas.
  • Gestionar compras de materiales para lograr en tiempo y forma la innovación de la compañía, el rediseño de envases, la actividad promocional y las transferencias de productos.
  • Obtener y actualizar las previsiones en las hojas de planificación de inventario para apoyar la introducción de nuevos productos y la actividad promocional.
  • Revisar, coordinar y realizar pedidos de liberación de todos los ingredientes a granel en las plantas designadas.
  • Revisar el análisis mensual del inventario de baja rotación y tomar las medidas oportunas para reducir la obsolescencia.
  • Establecer y mantener sólidas relaciones de empresa a empresa con proveedores clave y partes interesadas internas.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y agilizar la entrada de pedidos según sea necesario para garantizar la continuidad de la producción en las plantas.
  • Comunicar los riesgos y oportunidades y escalarlos cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos del Puesto
  • Grado en Administración de Empresas.
  • 1-3 años de experiencia en compras y aprovisionamientos.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Nivel de Excel, Oracle y Cloud avanzado.
Competencias
  • Experiencia en compras y aprovisionamientos.
  • Excelentes aptitudes interpersonales y de resolución de problemas, así como de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Dominio de Excel, Oracle y Outlook y deseable nivel avanzado en Power BI.
  • Cómoda con el cambio; adaptable.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo en un entorno de gran volumen, rápido y con plazos ajustados.
  • Capacidad demostrada para colaborar en la resolución de problemas.
  • Se requiere viajar a las plantas al menos una vez al trimestre.
