About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at Oliver Wyman. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing projects, working closely with clients, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from design to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data products, including software and data architecture design, product development, and integration.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and present findings to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete project deliverables and maintain a positive work-life balance.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Strong analysis, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in using advanced analytics tools, such as Python, Matlab, and R, and data manipulation software, such as SAS and SQL.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, manage a demanding work volume, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English language (verbal and written).
