Strategic Content Manager

Kaplan Languages Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Content Manager to lead our content marketing efforts in the language travel industry.
About the RoleThis full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic international environment. As a Strategic Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a content strategy that showcases our brand's unique value proposition and drives engagement with our target audience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity and significant digital marketing expertise. You will be able to develop and execute strategic content plans using the marketing mix, devise and implement brand awareness and lead generation activities across multiple marketing distribution channels, and manage and delegate day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You will work closely with our creative, design, and video teams to ensure that all content aligns seamlessly with our brand vision, collaborate with principals, teachers, and students to create and share content that motivates prospects to sign up to our courses, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and teams across the business to ensure our content approaches are fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our brand's unique value proposition and drives engagement with our target audience.
- Create high-quality content for social media, marketing campaigns, new products, and the blog, including campaign development and delivery, brand and social media strategy development, and lead generation activities.
- Manage and delegate day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Work closely with our creative, design, and video teams to ensure that all content aligns seamlessly with our brand vision.
- Collaborate with principals, teachers, and students to create and share content that motivates prospects to sign up to our courses.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Significant digital marketing expertise, including proficiency in devising, implementing, and supporting brand awareness and lead generation activities across multiple marketing distribution channels.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise information and time to meet business needs.
- Natural leadership qualities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in core marketing principles and practices, including brand development and positioning, integration of messages.
- Compelling interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
