Job Summary

Code4Lib invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Digital Humanities at the Assistant Professor level. We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team and contribute to the development of our interdisciplinary School of Humanities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach a range of introductory and advanced undergraduate courses in Digital Humanities, totaling 135 contact hours per year.
  • Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of Digital Humanities.
  • Participate in department governance and university service.
  • Develop and maintain a research agenda focusing on topics pertaining to Latin America and/or Africa.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Digital Humanities or a related field.
  • Experience with computational methods in pedagogy and research.
  • Strong teaching and research record.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and international environment.
