Salary and Benefits
We offer an excellent salary ranging from £700 to £770 per week, plus expenses, which can translate to an estimated annual income of £36,440 to £40,144. Additionally, we provide many benefits, including accrued holiday pay, flexible work patterns, scheduled daily breaks, opportunities for further training courses, and qualifications in Health and Social Care.
Job Description
As a Personal Care Provider, you will live in our customers' homes and play an integral role in helping them stay happy and healthy. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, companionship, social visits, trips out, meal planning and preparation, shopping, medication management, and light housekeeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, all candidates must speak and write in fluent English. While it is preferable if you are a driver, it is not essential. We also offer regular training, supervisions, and ongoing support to ensure your success in this position.
