Medical Learning Officer

Médecins Sans Frontières is seeking a highly skilled Medical Learning Officer to support the development and implementation of medical learning solutions. As a key member of the Medical Learning and Development team, you will work closely with the Medical Learning Referent to ensure the effective delivery of learning solutions to our field teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain learning solutions, including training packages, tools, and kits, to support the development of medical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Technical Referent to assess the context and identify the target users for learning solutions.
- Work with the Medical Learning and Technical Referents to establish a logical framework for new resources and define learning objectives and content.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both remotely and in the field, to support the delivery of learning solutions.
- Participate in simulation activities and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and medical education.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
