Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:
Woodston Personnel is seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Comply with area-specific duties and policies, which will be provided in the addendum by the supervisor.
  • Perform other job-related duties as required.

Responsibility Level:
Non-supervisory

Relationships and Communications:
Work-stream leads, subordinates, other nursing, clinical, technical, support staff, and physicians

Ongoing and Direct Contact:
Patients, their families, and visitors

Decisions and Judgments:
Expected to make operational decisions and provide guidance to support staff

Mental Demands:
Provide patient care, including emergencies and bereavement situations
High-paced, multi-cultural environment
High responsibility role

Physical Demands:
Ability to work varied hours, including on-call, overtime, weekends, night duties, and holidays
Coverage during emergencies and other unplanned situations

Salary range: 12,948 SAR to 16,323 SAR (depending on experience) + specialty pay
