About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experiences Analytics Senior Manager to join our team at Alex Gross. As a key member of our Corporate Marketing organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reporting strategies to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Manage and support multiple analytics projects to drive business growth and optimization
  • Ensure data integrity and quality in reporting and communication of results
  • Establish cadence for reporting and insights, with continuous review and identification of areas for improvement based on stakeholder feedback
Requirements
  • 10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of channels and tactics that influence business results
  • Expert knowledge in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, with experience in building complex reports and delivering actionable insights
  • Experience in managing larger projects with project members from across the marketing organization and IT
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to break down silos and achieve successful project delivery
  • Proficient communication skills in English
