Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Commercial Payments

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Commercial Payments portfolio, including salary payment and funding solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successfully scaling B2B Payments products in a growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our Payments products that align with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market needs and opportunities.
  • Work with product owners and key business stakeholders to create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of products and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree level in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in product management, with a focus on B2B products and solutions.
  • Experience of payments products and payroll solutions essential, with experience of working with direct and indirect channels to market and third-party suppliers and partners.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching B2B products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
