As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to pupils aged 7-11, helping them achieve success in the IGCSE Science Double Award specification.
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic teacher who can teach a balanced curriculum across years 7-11. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of planning and delivering effective learning activities, as well as a strong knowledge of the British Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lessons to pupils aged 7-11, promoting academic excellence and fostering a love of learning.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the objectives of the IGCSE Science Double Award specification.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Two years' experience of teaching within the British Curriculum is preferred but not essential.
- A degree in a relevant subject area and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) are required.
- English language proficiency is necessary, as the role involves communicating with colleagues and students.
