- Technical Specification Creation: Create technical specifications for industrial means of varying complexity.
- Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate supplier proposals based on technical and financial criteria.
- Milestone Oversight: Oversee milestones of means acquisition ensuring quality standards are met.
- Design and Analysis: Utilize CAD for design and analysis for functional correctness.
- Supplier Performance Management: Ensure suppliers deliver assets on time and meeting quality requirements.
- Health and Safety Analysis: Analyze proposed solutions from a health & safety and ergonomics perspective.
- Troubleshooting and Brainstorming: Conduct troubleshooting and brainstorming sessions for complex requirements.
- Manufacturing Station Setup: Provide support in setting up new manufacturing stations and modifying existing means.
- Engineering Degree: Degree in engineering with 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing and tooling.
- Tooling Manufacturing: Experience in tooling manufacturing processes and stress analysis.
- Automation and Metrology: Knowledge of automation, metrology, project management, and CAD tools.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Spanish for negotiations.
- Dynamic and Proactive: Dynamic, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Design and Assembly: Experience in designing efficient structures and large assembly models.
- Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
