Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trader Assistant to join our team in Galicia. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for standardizing plant requirements, negotiating freight costs, and centralizing call-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardize all plant requirements for loading and create a database of customer logistic requirements.
  • Negotiate freight costs with customers in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Centralize all call-offs from three plants to work efficiently on a central basis.
  • Accommodate call-offs per plant according to refinery planning.
  • Forecast monthly needs aligned to refinery utilization and sales program forecast.

Customer Pricing & Contract Management:

  • Accountable for the execution of contracts and pushing sales responsible to monitor backlogs and financing charges.
  • Follow up on receivables to keep track of working capital performance and implement financial tools to improve KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of working experience.
  • University degree in business or related field.
  • Skilled in decision-making and negotiation.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages a plus.
