About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Data Analyst to join our team at Media. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and managing insights and analytics solutions that turn data into powerful insights. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs to technical specifications.
- Partner with the marketing team to provide insights from social media and social listening.
- Analyse large volumes of data to find trends and patterns, and create reports to communicate insights.
- Collaborate with local and external teams to integrate strategic and creative processes.
- Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
- Create visualisations and reports for requested projects.
- Analyse big data to discover trends and patterns.
About You
- Experience working in digital and social media, with a focus on business intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and social media listening tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Industry experience is a must.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Understanding of branding, marketing, and research communication.
- Familiarity with BI technologies, such as Microsoft Power BI and Oracle BI.
- Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative.
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency in English.
