About the Role

As a Product System Development Engineer at MAHLE, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in our product development process. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical management of new product development, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects
  • Coordination with the Product System Development Team Leader to drive technical and strategic initiatives
  • Management of technical resources at project level, including coordination with other technical domains
  • Close collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure risk and cost analysis, as well as Design to Cost, Design for Manufacturing, and Design for Quality
  • Responsible for planning and monitoring development cycles, approving eBOM, and releasing notes
  • Organization of technical reviews and Design FMEA reviewer
  • Definition of critical or safety characteristics of the product and management of technical problems
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a degree in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Physics, or a similar field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and a passion for innovation and excellence.
