Employment Policy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Policy Specialist to join our Policy Implementation and Programmes team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of large programmes and projects related to EU Employment and Social Policy.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and analysis on employment and social policy-related subjects
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other written deliverables for clients and stakeholders
- Contributing to the design and organisation of workshops and events
- Supporting proposal writing and preparations
You will work closely with senior consultants and team members to coordinate activities and deliverables, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and with diverse stakeholders.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in employment policy and labour market analysis. If you are passionate about making a difference in the field of employment and social policy, and have excellent analytical and communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- 4+ years professional experience in consultancy, public policy, and/or government affairs in the EU and/or UK
- Knowledge and interest in employment policy, labour mobility, and areas linked to the European employment strategy
