We are seeking a highly skilled Content Producer to join our Marketing team at Make. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product, audience, and business objectives to deliver content that meets their needs and expectations.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners to source and develop compelling content ideas.
  • Lead multimedia production for content projects and campaigns, ensuring high-quality output across various formats.
  • Undertake minor copywriting and editing tasks to maintain our brand's tone and voice.
  • Produce comprehensive briefs, plans, and budgets to empower external agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality content on time and on budget.
  • Exercise excellent editorial judgment to balance content effectiveness, messaging complexity, and audience engagement.
  • Stay informed about content innovation and implement strategies to measure the impact of our work.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a B2B and/or tech environment.
  • Knowledge of content marketing approaches such as SEO, longform/gated content, and other relevant techniques.
  • Ability to judge when to create content in-house versus outsourcing or briefing external partners.
  • Track record of commissioning and creating content across various formats.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to manage stakeholders and talent.
  • Effective self-starter who can anticipate and mitigate gaps, risks, and issues in a fast-paced environment.
