**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients to achieve commercial objectives and drive business growth.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Develop and implement short and medium-term commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the healthcare or medical gases industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
- Intermediate to advanced level of English language proficiency.
