**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients to achieve commercial objectives and drive business growth.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and implement short and medium-term commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales).
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the healthcare or medical gases industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English language proficiency.
