**Job Title:** Enterprise Integration Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Integration Specialist to join our team at Unit4. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in the development and administration of Boomi, as well as a solid understanding of integrating various enterprise platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient integrations using Boomi.
  • Create and manage integration workflows between systems like ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, OKTA, and ERP.
  • Develop and manage API-based integrations to ensure seamless communication between SaaS and/or on-premise systems.
  • Build and document API interfaces for use by internal and external systems.
  • Streamline and automate manual processes through integration and automation tools.
  • Monitor integration performance and optimize for improved reliability and speed.
  • Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring systems to ensure that integrations are functioning as expected.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all integration processes.
  • Follow industry best practices for system integration, API management, security, and data governance.
  • Administer the Boomi platform, ensuring its efficient operation, monitoring, and scaling of integration processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in Boomi development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Boomi architecture, process building, and deployment.
  • Experience with integration platforms and workflow automation tools like Power Automate is a plus.
  • Experience integrating systems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, OKTA, and ERP.
  • Strong experience in API integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and error handling within integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration-related issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Boomi Certification, Azure or API management) are a plus.
  • Good English level.
