Main Responsibilities
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse student needs
• Assess and report student progress, ensuring students receive the support they require
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student welfare and pastoral development
• Manage classroom resources and participate in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities
• Line manage a teaching assistant, providing guidance and support
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, previous teaching experience, and the ability to deliver conceptual, engaging, and inquiry-based lessons. Familiarity with collaborative planning and team-teaching approaches is also essential.
