**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and deployment of our cloud-based infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Administrate our cloud infrastructure in AWS and private cloud, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Suggest improvements to the current setup, leveraging your expertise in infrastructure as code best practices and tooling like Terraform.
  • Provide technical guidance and educate team members on best practices in operations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor metrics, provide observability to our infrastructure components, and perform security audits to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Define how to automate processes and deployment tasks, owning the deployment process to both internal and production environments.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines and educate development teams to enforce a DevOps transformation, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Update DevOps processes for environment management, including infrastructure, platform, and application lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Develop and document administration standards and procedures for internal and first-line support operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Periodically offer round-the-clock third-line support of production environments, as part of a rotating on-call duty, demonstrating your commitment to our team's success.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years' experience as DevOps or equivalent, with a strong background in Linux-based infrastructures and AWS Cloud.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code best practices and tooling like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation, operations in microservices architecture, and CI/CD tools.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to adapt easily to change, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work permit for Spain obtained prior to applying for the position, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
