Digital Advertising Specialist

About the Role
Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Performance Manager to join our Ads Success Team. As an Account Performance Manager, you will be responsible for portfolio management of accounts assigned to you, working closely with advertisers and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and optimize ad performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, including Standard and High Value advertisers
• Review accounts in detail to understand current performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Engage with advertisers and internal stakeholders to understand advertising goals and expectations
• Lead kickoff calls with advertisers and drive discussion using a preset agenda
• Execute end-to-end ad optimization, liaising with key stakeholders
• Analyze account performance against key metrics and recommend optimization solutions
• Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular reports and insights
• Work with internal teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance
• Prepare documents around best practices and SOPs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• +2 years related work experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish (writing, reading, speaking, and communication)
• Experience in a data-driven environment with external customer interaction
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA in Digital Advertising or related Master's degree
• 2+ years' experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce
• Proven success in business development, advertising, or account management roles
• Data and analytical knowledge (Advanced Excel, basic SQL knowledge a plus)
• Google Ad Words / Bing Ads certification a plus
