About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Product Data Consultant to join our Strategy, Innovation & Tools team in the Global Product Data department of ZF Aftermarket.

As a key member of the master data organization, you will be responsible for optimizing and structuring global product master data to drive continuous system improvements. You will also collaborate with the Aftermarket Enterprise Platform (AEP) team to enhance product data and processes for customer-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and align product data and processes for the ZF Aftermarket Enterprise Platform in line with our market strategy.
  • Derive projects from product data strategy to empower the organization with new technologies, increasing process automation and decision-making capabilities.
  • Lead projects, taskforces, and hackathons in product data management, collaborating with other domains, functions, or corporate projects.
  • Transform and implement information architecture, simplifying access to information.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain tools and systems for data usage and analytics.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Working experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in catalog and communication systems, as well as a good understanding of data management.
  • Experience in project management, strategic planning, and planning methods.
  • Good competencies in setting priorities based on business impact.
  • Good capabilities in business-to-IT relationship management.
  • Fluency in English language.
