About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Global Quality System. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing Galderma's Global Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality System Management: Establish and maintain Galderma's Global Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations, including cGMP, GDP, ISO, and Medical Devices regulations.
  • Document Management: Manage the creation and revision of Global Documents, including Quality Policies, Global SOPs, and Guidelines, to support end-to-end management of quality processes.
  • Training and Development: Establish and maintain training plans for teams using the global Learning Management System, ensuring qualification status is kept current.
  • Quality KPIs and Reporting: Develop and maintain Quality KPIs, targets, and reporting to ensure ongoing monitoring of quality processes performance.
  • Audit Program: Prepare, manage, and maintain an annual audit program, ensuring vendors are overseen in areas of cGMP, GDP, ISO, and Medical Devices regulations.
  • Regulatory Surveillance: Ensure regulatory surveillance of the evolution of applicable government regulations.
Requirements
  • Background: Background in Medical Device, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Quality System Management: Demonstrated knowledge and execution of Quality System Management.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of different regulations, including Medical Device applicable regulation, GMP, GDP, and ISO.
  • Technical Skills: Solid background in MS-Office suite and other IS tools.
