The Senior Reporting Analyst within the Sales Compensation Team will deliver a range of business reporting and data related activities. This role will play a critical role in the creation, delivery and maintenance of management dashboards, executive analyses and ad hoc reporting whilst constantly ensuring reporting solutions are meeting the highest quality standards and requirements of the business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Sales Operations and Finance stakeholders to deliver various reporting solutions to meet their business requirements.
• Deliver reporting solutions and process improvements that leverage off existing system architecture such as Power BI and Excel solutions which will deliver measurable performance benefits for the business teams.
• Support business critical activity related to reporting, including Bookings, Planning & Compensation.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system updates, enhancements and user experience.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales performance data.
• Generate and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports on sales compensation and performance metrics.
• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support to deployed or existing reporting solutions.
• Implement and recommend the update and enhancement of critical management reports.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to present data clearly.
• Proactively investigate, report and where possible - address data quality issues.
• Responsible for ensuring there is no ambiguity between reporting solutions and business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in supporting delivery of reporting and process solutions.
• A strong systems background with analytical tools (e.g. VB, SQL) and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, specifically connections to data sources.
• Solid Business understanding with an ability to translate business needs into a set of workable, specific requirements.
• Excellent knowledge write Macros using VBA.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Enthusiastic with a passion for change and efficiency.
• High energy levels, "roll-up sleeves" attitude, excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Results-oriented, relationship builder, and confident self-starter.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
