About the Role

At Iron Mountain, we're committed to delivering expert, sustainable solutions that make a positive impact for our customers, employees, and the planet. As a Physical Security Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain various security systems related to physical security in Iron Mountain Data Centers.
  • Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade security systems hardware and software with vendor support.
  • Provide operational support for physical security systems and peripheral equipment.
  • Execute day-to-day upkeep, management, and triage of access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems.
  • Support projects based on the company's growth roadmap and site-driven improvement initiatives.
Requirements

You'll need to have a solid understanding of intermediate IT and Network concepts to contribute to successful project completions. Additionally, you'll interact globally with manufacturers and vendors to support service and project execution.
