Job Description:

The Executive Assistant EMEAA plays a vital role in supporting senior executives, enabling them to focus on strategic activities. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, and handling various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for C-Level Executives
• Coordinate executive communications, including inbound and outbound communication
• Maintain complex filing systems and databases, review and prepare documents
• Prepare, edit, and distribute presentation materials
• Administer executive expense reports
• Plan and manage regular board meetings, in-house, or off-site activities
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, in particular)
• Knowledge of Google WorkSpace would be an advantage
• High Degree of autonomy
• High Level of English (B2 at least)
• More than 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Skills: Outstanding English communication skills written and verbal (multilingual a plus), attention to detail, problem-solving skills, strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment, and a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
