Collection Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Collection Specialist to join our team at Exponent Energy. As a key member of our Vehicle Deployment team in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in increasing our market share in the city and helping more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and own the background verification process for all customers
• Ensure contract agreements are executed for all rental vehicles before delivery
• Onboard all rental customers for ENACH payments and set up payment collection dates
• Track and collect all rentals before the stipulated deadline
• Monitor customers and collect outstanding charging dues

Requirements:

• Prior experience in collecting payments and background verification
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Startup experience is a plus
