The key responsibilities of this position include:
• Accelerating Allianz technology’s information security and resilience mission-critical projects
• Providing consulting, support, and internal services in the area of security and resilience governance
• Focusing on the needs of present and future potential requirements in the area of security & resilience governance
• Independent oversight reporting and measures to strengthen the quality of security and resilience governance
• Continuous development of expertise by building diversified capabilities as information security consultants and exploring internal service requirements
• Proactively fostering collaboration among security & resilience control roles across organizational entities at Allianz Technology SE globally together with OEs of Allianz Group and Group Center Security
• Supporting the identification and reporting of information security risks, vulnerabilities, and other exposures
• Collaborating with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) roles and using the GRC tool to create transparency and reports
• Developing mitigation strategies and providing appropriate advice to solve existing issues and prevent future issues
• Contributing to the development of IT security policies, implementing information systems, and cybersecurity
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work fully independently and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information, volatile situations, uncertainty, and ambiguity.
