**What We're Looking For**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Time Tracking) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and configuring these solutions. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Time Tracking), you will be responsible for working on medium-sized projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients. You will also participate in and lead international projects related to the area and other modules, depending on your skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Time Management.
- Guiding clients on SAP best practices and innovations, while being up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
- Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Designing and configuring the SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions for client's key users.
- Ensuring effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
- Collaborating with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
