Senior Salesforce Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of Salesforce development principles, practices, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, participating in technical design projects, providing effort estimations, working collaboratively with the team to help achieve project objectives, and ensuring compliance with software quality standards established by Omega's Technical Management.

  • Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
  • Provide effort estimations for projects and collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the Omega team and/or client's team to help achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with the software quality standards established by Omega's Technical Management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned applications.

A degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
