About the Job

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers, including resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.

You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention rates. This role requires a strong understanding of Hematology and Urine analysis instrumentation.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in diagnostic support, working with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide second-level support for customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Rapidly diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Hematology and Urine analysis instrumentation.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of product features, capabilities, and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Biomedical engineer or equivalent degree.
  • At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market.
  • Early careers are welcome but with troubleshooting experience, gained during Thesis or Internships.
  • Proficient English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel and provide service in whole country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Willingness to work different shifts/flexible hours as business needs.
  • Analytical mindset, able to analyze data, identify problems and find effective solutions.
