About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves maintaining and managing master data across clients, vendors, and products databases. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring data quality controls, addressing any discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with established standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage master data across clients, vendors, and products databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on data sources, verifying the accuracy and reliability of information
  • Ensure all data management processes comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, implementing and maintaining necessary controls
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures, promoting best practices for data management
  • Generate and analyze reports on data quality and compliance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to support data-related initiatives and projects

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in master data management, with a focus on clients, vendors, and products
  • Proven experience in conducting due diligence and verifying data accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and regulations
  • Proficiency in database management systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely
