The role of Operational Risk Management Specialist requires a deep understanding of risk management principles and their application in IT platforms. This position is critical to the success of our company's risk management strategy, as it oversees the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Platform Management: Ensure alignment with business requirements, develop performance metrics, and implement reporting dashboards to monitor business processes within the IRM platform.
- Technical Integration: Harmonize and integrate the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) framework within the IRM platform, ensuring seamless alignment with other risk management processes.
- Assurance Program Coordination: Assist in coordinating the assurance program and deliver comprehensive technical reports to stakeholders.
- Project Initiatives: Drive key IT project initiatives, foster innovation, and manage ad-hoc projects within the IRM platform.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with safeguarding functions, IT, and business units to design, develop, and refine product roadmaps for the ServiceNow IRM platform.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in risk management or IT platforms.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC and VRM modules and PowerBI is highly desirable.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
