This position provides critical support during property acquisitions, covers for managers on leave, and assists with operational challenges at various communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an interim Community Manager for properties in transition, during acquisitions, or when existing managers are on leave.
- Effectively manage teams and oversee daily operations in diverse property environments.
- Maintain strong financial performance, high occupancy rates, and exceptional resident experiences while upholding Rutherford's standards of excellence.
- Monitor and drive occupancy goals, leasing activity, and revenue growth at assigned properties.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure curb appeal, maintenance, and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee leasing and renewal strategies, ensuring alignment with market conditions and financial goals.
- Provide financial oversight, including budget adherence, expense control, and delinquency management.
- Support and implement marketing initiatives tailored to specific property needs.
- Enforce policy and procedure compliance to maintain operational consistency across properties.
- Maintain strong resident relations, handling concerns promptly and professionally to enhance retention.
