As a key member of our leadership team, the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory for this position.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work closely with the CFO, supporting strategic initiatives and special projects while maintaining absolute confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
  • Manage and maintain the CFO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, lunches, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications with the CFO.
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of HR contracts and documentation.
  • Support the relocation process for new or existing employees, coordinating housing, transportation, and other logistics as needed.
  • Handle confidential employee information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, psychology, business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a financial or corporate environment working with C-Level Executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
