As an ENS GRC Analyst, you will develop and implement governance, risk, and compliance strategies and policies for the ENS certification. You will participate in ENS internal and external compliance audits and provide necessary support and documentation. You will act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure timely and accurate submission of compliance reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing governance, risk, and compliance strategies and policies for the ENS certification
  • Participating in ENS internal and external compliance audits and providing necessary support and documentation
  • Acting as a liaison with regulatory bodies and ensuring timely and accurate submission of compliance reports
  • Ensuring implementation of the technical cyber security controls identified in the ENS GAP Analysis for RingCentral
  • Reviewing the current regulatory framework and current implemented security measures
  • Staying up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all areas of the organization are compliant
  • Monitoring and tracking compliance activities to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to ENS compliance processes and procedures
  • Participating in the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks and risk analysis using the MAGERIT methodology
  • Communicating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
  • Analyzing and reporting on compliance metrics to senior management
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on ENS compliance matters and providing guidance to other team members
  • Continuously reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulations and industry standards
