Senior IT Director

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Director to lead our IT projects and initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing large or high complexity projects from initiation to closure.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the successful implementation of large or high complexity local, regional, cross-segment or function projects.
  • Selecting and implementing appropriate processes required to meet project objectives.
  • Developing and adapting different delivery approaches (Waterfall, Scrum, Zurich Lean) to suit project requirements, and creating detailed project plans at task level based on agreed business cases.
  • Ensuring compliance with requirements to meet stakeholder needs and expectations, balancing competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result.
  • Managing timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring, and disposition of project information to enable effective decision making and ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.

Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 per annum. Benefits include option to work remotely within Spain up to 100%, over 300 euros to set up home office, wide range of internal and external trainings, ticket restaurant or flexibility to exchange it for other benefits, Life, accident, and Health Insurance, Collective Life Retirement Plan, and many more.
