About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Contracts Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Contracts Business Process Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the global alignment and implementation of contracts templates, ensuring that they meet Agilent's business and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret contract templates requirements by working with Agilent's counsel, sales teams, operations teams, and division product marketing teams.
- Evaluate requirements, provide recommendations for modifications and development of new contract templates.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contract templates and other related documents.
- Implement modifications and new contract programs in different platforms, such as the Contract Life Cycle (CLM) system.
- Ensure effective communication across different functions and keep management informed of progress, key issues, and changes that may impact the business.
- Initiate innovative designs and simplifications for contract templates and other processes.
- Provide consultancy on contract templates and potentially CLM programming.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in developing strategic solutions, programs, and project plans.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate different requirements and develop simple global solutions.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation skills (written and oral).
- Experience with Coupa - CLM highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP ECC module highly desirable.
- Excellent project/program management capabilities to ensure appropriate monitoring of deadlines and disciplined delivery of results.
- Legal background is a plus.
