About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Facilitator to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive workshops to customers virtually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality workshops to customers, ensuring a positive and interactive experience.
  • Partner with clients to develop and implement wellness, growth, and development strategies through education and training.
  • Collaborate with professional services designers to create new workshops and initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for health and wellness, leadership, and DEIB content.
  • Support other facilitators in hosting sessions and manage technology during workshops.
Requirements
  • Native Spanish and excellent English (written and verbal) skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilitation, preferably virtually in the health and wellness space, leadership, or professional growth.
  • Experience in adult group facilitation is a must.
  • Certification in ICF training, MBSR, MBCT is a plus.
  • Experience in health education, health promotion, or diversity training is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, gSuite, Prezi, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or Workramp.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Counselling.
  • Strong time management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

  • Part-time, flexible schedule with sessions scheduled between 5 PM–9 PM, 9 PM–1 AM or 1 AM–5 AM, CET.
